Shipping and Delivery

Your demands are put into process to be prepared for the finalization of the order. Your order would be delivered to the courier company within 5 (five) working days at the latest following its approval. The situation of your courier can be followed by the parcel tracking number that would be given to you as a result of your order. The products constituting the subject matter of the contract would be delivered to the BUYER by the courier company which will be determined by the SELLER. The amount of the courier fee and the courier insurance fee, if there is any, would be added to the invoice amount. The BUYER accepts and undertakes in advance that s/he will also pay these amounts.

The period for the delivery of the products constituting the subject matter of the contract by domestic couriers takes between 1 day and 2 weeks on the average after the payment is made.

The period for the delivery of the products constituting the subject matter of the contract by foreign couriers takes between 2 and 7 weeks on the average after the payment is made.

BKG is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the Courier and Delivery processes. The BUYER has the right to reject the courier in case s/he recognizes that the delivered product is damaged. In such cases, the BUYER opens a demand file. Once the SELLER determines that the product defect was happened before the courier and the delivery, after the damaged product arrived to the BKG Main storehouse, it takes 7 working days to replace and resend the product to the courier company.
